End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Invoice Processing Dashboard ("Application"), an internal software tool developed and operated by Shelter Advisory Group ("Company").

1. Internal Use Only This Application is a private, internal tool intended solely for use by authorized employees and contractors of Shelter Advisory Group. It is not distributed to the public and is not available for download or commercial sale.

2. Purpose The Application processes invoices, receipts, and financial documents to extract data and facilitate integration with QuickBooks accounting software. It is designed to streamline internal accounting workflows.

3. Access and Authorization Access to the Application is restricted to authorized personnel only. Users must be granted access by an administrator of Shelter Advisory Group. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

4. Data Handling The Application processes financial documents uploaded by authorized users. Data is used solely for the purpose of invoice processing and QuickBooks integration. The Application connects to QuickBooks via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 API to push invoice and expense data.

5. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in the Application remain with Shelter Advisory Group. No rights are granted to any third party.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Application is provided "as is" for internal business use. Shelter Advisory Group makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of data extraction, or fitness for any purpose beyond its intended internal use.

7. Limitation of Liability Shelter Advisory Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application. Users are responsible for verifying extracted data before submission to QuickBooks.

8. Changes to This Agreement This Agreement may be updated at any time. Authorized users will be notified of material changes.
